Exchange Policy
Return and exchange principle
In principle, except for product quality issues, our company does not accept returns or exchanges. Products that are not embroidered, printed, reflective, and other personalized products are not damaged, soiled, or washed. Products with inappropriate sizes can be exchanged, and the freight will be paid by the customer.
Return and exchange processing cycle:
1) The customer service department will respond to the processing result within 1-2 working days after receiving your return request; working hours of the customer service department: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 18:00
2) From the date of receipt of your return package by our company, 2 working days for quality inspection and receipt, 2 working days for storage receipt, 7 working days for refund, or 7 working days for delivery and exchange (if required Embroidery still needs 2-3 working days).
Return and exchange process:
Contact customer service to apply for return and exchange → customer service acceptance record → fill in the "return/exchange acceptance form" → return the product → acceptance quality inspection → warehouse receipt → refund/exchange
Notice for Return/Exchange
1. Please download the return/exchange acceptance form and fill in it carefully and post it outside the package and mail it to us.
